Amanda MorseLCSW

Amanda Morse is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Amanda received her Bachelors in Secondary Education specializing in Math and Health in 2007 from the University of Idaho. Amanda taught high school math in the Coeur d' Alene/Rathdrum area for three years. During this time, she also attended Boise State University - Coeur d' Alene Campus to work on her Masters of Social Work degree. Amanda graduated as a Licensed Master Social Worker in 2011. She went on to receive her Licensed Clinical Social Work degree in 2017.  Amanda has been working as a social worker/mental health counselor since 2011. She appreciates all aspects and challenges that present themselves in the mental health field. 

Amanda encourages clients to become more educated on how their thoughts affect their emotions and behaviors. She uses a variety of counseling techniques to best fit the needs of the clients. Amanda works with clients ages 3 to 99 years old. She has specialized in working with children, teens, and adults with trauma, as well as those struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, grief, parenting struggles, couple/marital issues, and addiction. Amanda works with either individuals, couples, and/or family units. 

Amanda was born and raised in Hayden, ID. She graduated from Lakeland High School in 2003. Amanda and her husband, Brian, were married in 2009. She is a busy mom to three young boys ages eight, five, and two. Amanda enjoys spending time with her family. Together, they like to go on hikes and bike rides, ski, play tennis, go camping, and spend time at the lake.
