Do you wanna get in shape. I highly recommend to set a goal. A great way to do this is to sign up for a run/race ie 5 or 10 K race, maybe even a half marathon, or a triathalon. Once you have your goal set, make a schedule for training and go for it. I really believe that when you set a goal of doing a race, you are more likely to train regularly to be ready for event.
