I am now in full swing training for Ironman CDA 2015.

My goal is to finish the race in under 12 hours. Last year I finished CDA Ironman (my first full IM) in 13:57. My goal for 2014 was simply to make it through the race. I had very little experience training for an endurance triathlon, so I just started swimming, biking, and running. But this year, I want to blow it out of the water! I am training smarter and focusing more on good nutrition. I will update this blog with some of the ups and downs of my ironman journey.
