Jennifer Fletcher, FNP-C, MN

Jennifer is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing in Coeur d’ Alene since 1999.  She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Missouri Western State University, where she played basketball and was selected as the student athlete of the year in 1994 and graduated cum laude.  In 1999 Jennifer received her Masters Degree in Nursing from Washington State University.  She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.  She is also adjunct faculty at WSU for the Nurse Practitioner program.  Jennifer finds great satisfaction in teaching, and has precepted over a dozen NP and PA students.



Jennifer has extensive knowledge and experience in family practice.  She also has added experience in cardiology, women’s health, and sports medicine.  Jennifer enjoys helping patients become more active and healthy, adapting to various diseases and health issues. A big part of Active Family Healthcare is preventative medicine and health and wellness promotion.



Jennifer's activities include triathlons, mountain biking, snow and water skiing and

enjoying time with friends and family.  She has two children and is married to a paramedic/engineer for the City of Coeur d’ Alene Fire Department.

 

 

 

Jessica L. LaPlante, FNP-C, MSN

Jessie is a Family Nurse Practitioner who returned to North Idaho after practicing

family medicine in Kennewick, WA. She graduated from Lakeland High School in

Rathdrum, ID and graduated from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA where

she played collegiate softball.

She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing

from Washington State University. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Jessie has experience treating a wide variety of primary care problems, and places a great
emphasis on preventative care and wellness promotion. In addition, she has experience in
emergency medicine and mental health. She is committed to helping her patients achieve
their health care goals through an interactive approach.

Jessie's interests include triathlons (Ironman CDA 2014 finisher), snow/water sports,
softball, disc golf, camping, music/dancing, and nutrition/cooking. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
